The Cruise 2014/15 season at Giorgio Armani means one thing; an elegant collection for powerful women. With the emphasis on a soft, chic colour palette, Mr Armani still took a feminine approach with looks including fluid silhouettes and a miniskirt cut to resemble shorts, plus chic evening attire in powder-pink, plus a longsleeved silk top and organza-puff miniskirt, both embellished with a splash of sparkle.
Armani also looked to his archives with impeccable tailoring; a double-breasted blazer and cigarette pants in double stretch wool made a particularly impactful presence...
Over at Emporio Armani meanwhile, the brand's move on from last season included signature blue hues were paired with fresh white for a cool, marine-inspired look, plus a navy leather blazer worn over a stretch cotton top and pleated nylon shorts, and a dark blue silk trench top with a white cotton shirt and silk jacquard skirt.
The collection included some pops of bright colour, too, such as an emerald green "technical cotton bomber" jacket with tonal grosgrain accents.
