Farfetch welcomes Montaigne Market to its online platform
The Parisian edge
On January 13, Farfetch announced the arrival of cult Parisian boutique Montaigne Market, to its pioneering e-commerce website.
Founded in 2008, by Portuguese entrepreneur José Neves, Farfetch is a revolutionary way to buy fashion online. Bringing together more than 299 of the best independent designer boutiques, from around the world.
The latest addition to the successful site is Montaigne Market, located on Avenue Montaigne in Paris, one of the most prestigious streets in the French fashion capital. The multi-brand boutique for men and women is known for its diverse selection of chic labels such as Balmain, The Row, Saint Laurent and Dion Lee — the perfect mix of cutting-edge and feminine elegance.
Founder of Montaigne Market, Liliane decribes the stores ethos, "Avenue Montaigne operates on an old and institutionalised level. Our store brings a newer identity of young and old, feminine and masculine, and new established brands."
Stephanie Horton, CMO of Farfetch said, "We are so excited Montaigne Market has joined Farfetch. Liliane's buy is so unique and highlights unusual detail and trends within collections. She isn't afraid to buy for her boutique with a real identity and this resonates so well with our audience of fashion forward buyers who look for those key, statement pieces."
Montaigne Market is available to shop on Farfetch now.
