The Christian Dior show set to take place at the Louvre
Raf Simons' Christian Dior shows are one of the highlights of Paris Fashion Week – if not fashion month in general. Who can forget his last show at Kew Gardens greenhouse, which was covered from corner to corner in flowers? For sure, the man knows how to put on a show. Which is why we are not surprised to learn that the creative director has enlisted one of Paris' icons for his latest collection – the Louvre.
The show will take place in the museum's west wing at the Cour Carrée, where Simons is expected to build some sort of structure to house the show. It is rather fitting that he will show Dior SS15 in the same place that the Mona Lisa is housed, don't you think?
