To mark the arrival of its Spring/Summer 2014 collection, Chanel has released a short film offering a close-up look of the covetable collection

During its SS14 runway show, Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld transformed the Grand Palais, in Paris, into an art gallery themed setting; artistic references were present everywhere, from Jay-Z's Picasso Baby playing as the models walked down the runway to the threads themselves designed in artistic forms.

Accompanied to a laid-back track, the latest video from Chanel takes us on a journey through its SS14 collection made up of rich silhouettes in tweed, lace and knit. The video explores different angles, ranging from close-up shots of details such as embroideries, extra-large pearls, and camellias, to distance shots of the whole look – ultimately building anticipation for the ready-to-wear collection which is available in stores worldwide now.
