The British Fashion Council unveils its eight recipients for the Fashion Trust

This morning, the British Fashion Council (BFC) announced the latest designers that will reap the benefits of its financial and mentoring programme, the BFC Fashion Trust

Split among eight London-based labels, the BFC Fashion Trust has recently granted $343,551 to Emilia Wickstead, House of Holland, Mary Katrantzou, Michael Van Der Ham, Osman, Richard Nicoll, Todd Lynn and Zoe Jordan.

Founded in 2011, the Fashion Trust is a BFC initiative that offers up-and-coming designers mentoring and financial assistance. The chosen creatives gain access to a vast field of advisors, businesses, mentors, and more throughout the year on topics connected to their work. 

Previous recipients include world-renowned names such as Christopher KaneMarios Schwab, Jonathan SaundersNicholas Kirkwood, Richard Nicoll, Osman, Peter Pilotto, Roksanda Ilincic, and Michael van der Ham.
