The pavilion, designed by Chilean architect Smiljan Radic, which resembles a space ship, opened last week and will stay open till October 19 in London's leafy Kensington Gardens.
Helping celebrate the unveiling of the structure, the star-studded party was co-hosted by Pinault and Brioni's creative director Brendan Mullane, Michael R. Bloomberg, André Balazs, Marina Abramovic and the Serpentine's co-directors of exhibitions and programs.
Pharrell Williams even performed a live set during the glamorous evening, keeping the crowd dancing while he sang Happy, Blurred Lines and his collaborative track with Gwen Stefani Hollaback Girl.
The evening saw an array of musicians, designers, artists and actors, including Keira Knightley, Lily Allen, Natalie Massenet, Prabal Gurung, Princess Beatrice, Erdem Moralioglu, Roland Mouret, Alexa Chung, Orlando Bloom, Naomi Campbell, Sir Philip Green and Chloe Green, Matthew Williamson, Alice Temperley, Solange Azagury-Partridge, Jay Jopling, Liam Gallagher, Zaha Hadid, Stephen Webster, Tracey Emin, and Bianca Jagger.
