Announced: The 2017 Fashion Awards nominees are...
Gucci, Dior, Céline
The British Fashion Council has announced this year's design nominees, as well as award recipients, for this year's British Fashion Awards. Revealing a stellar list of fashion names — think Raf Simons, Stuart Vevers, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Jonathan Anderson — the nominees will be competing in nine major categories including British Designer of the Year Womenswear, British Designer of the Year Menswear, Accessories Designer of the Year and the Swarovski Award for Positive Change and Outstanding Achievement Award.
Also this year will see Gucci's Alessandro Michele — who just launched a bespoke service with MyTheresa.com — nominated for Designer of the Year and Accessories Designer of the Year. While, Farfetch's José Neves' receieves a Business Leader nod — Neves recently held an exclusive BFFI event with Mira Duma during Paris Fashion Week.
