A tribute to Ann Demeulemeester’s historical career, Rizzoli has unveiled a new book with over 1,000 photographs, detailing some of the mystery behind her and her brand

With a myriad of stunning imagery and photographs of the designer's works on the runway, Rizzoli's new book Ann Demeulemeester, highlights the Antwerp Six designer's pioneering career and how she became known for her "dark glamour" designs.

The heavy book – which is avaliable now from Amazon and Rizzoli – is clad in black covers complete with black ribbon page markers and black page edges. With an introduction written by American singer Patti Smith, the book looks at Demeulemeester's punk influences, her revolutionary work and iconic status in today's creative industry.
