Prince William and David Beckham join forces for wildlife campaign
Prince William and David Beckham are making a joint effort to protect endangered wildlife by launching a campaign called #WhoseSideAreYouOn. The prince is the president of United for Wildlife — an initiative that helps seven conservation organisations that raise awareness — with the new campaign aiming to provide support to stop illegal killing through sport and social media.
"Our children should not live in a world without elephants, tigers, lions and rhinos. Enough is enough," said Prince William, "It is time to choose between critically endangered species and the criminals who kill them for money."
The campaign is already supported by a host of sport stars, including Andy Murray, Lewis Hamilton, Rahul Dravid, rugby world cup winner Francois Pienaar and basketball player Yao Ming.
