Vivienne Westwood has teamed up with Asics on a new collection of footwear...

Last year, Dame Vivienne Westwood teamed up with Burberry on an exclusive collection of accessories and clothing for the iconic British brand. Now, the famed designer has added another collaboration to her CV, having paired up with sportswear giant Asics on a collection of sneakers.

According to WWD, "the first two of the limited edition sneaker styles will drop globally on April 27 and the following three will be released in July." Two pairs features the squiggle print first debuted in Westwood's 1981 Fall collection in high-top and low-top styles in varying colours.

In a statement on the collection, Westwood's Creative Director Andreas Kronthaler said, "Asics are brilliant technicians known for their expertise, they are the best in their field. We love the look of their trainers because they are form following function, which attracted us to this collaboration. We wanted to bring together fashion and function."

Now you just have to decide whether you wear yours to the gym or brunch. Or both.
