Clare Waight Keller’s debut handbag for Givenchy is coming to the Middle East

Guaranteed to rocket to the top of wish lists...
Givenchy has just announced the launch of Clare Waight Keller's debut handbag for the brand, titled G V 3. See it here...

The fash pack went wild last year following the announcement that Chloé’s Clare Waight Keller would be taking the reigns at Givenchy. The first female to head the house, all eyes were on Waight Keller’s debut collection at Paris Fashion Week in September of last year. Knocking it out of the park, the designer followed up with an equally cool collection for the recent haute couture shows — her first couture collection for the house

Now, the brand has announced a new handbag collection with Waight Keller’s first original design. Titled G V 3, the handbag’s name represents the brand’s famed atelier address — Avenue George V, number 3

According to the brand, the bag represents “the special duality that has always run through Givenchy: polished yet practical, chic yet casual, respectful of the past yet above all attuned to modern life.” The new piece is finished with an interlocking double G clasp and features an accordion structure with gold hardware detailing. The hand-assembled bag is available in a wide range of suede and leather, including cat snake, black and white python, goat and lambskin and in a variety of colours. Additionally, the chain strap (inspired by men’s pocket watches) can be worn on the arm, shoulder or crossbody or removed to create an evening-ready clutch.

The bag will be available in four sizes with the nano style able to worn as a belt. Browse through the collection below…
