In another move to highlight their commitment to the world of arts, French luxury label Louis Vuitton have announced a new collaborative project with celebrated contemporary artist, Jeff Koons. Renowned for his Gazing Ball paintings where he recreated works from past maestros, New York-based Koons will now fuse elements of that iconic series into a new collection of Louis Vuitton bags and accessories. In addition to featuring imagery of artistic masterpieces – think Da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" and Van Gogh's "Wheat Field with Cypresses" – each bag will bear the name of that original artist. As well, Koons has transformed the iconic symbol of the maison to mark his initials, which will also be emblazoned onto the new coveted pieces.

The Louis Vuitton x Jeff Koons collection will be unveiled on April 28. Now, take a look at the key pieces from the Louis Vuitton collection showcased during Salone del Mobile 2017.
