Balenciaga has always been a favourite amongst streetwear lovers and celebrities alike. With some of the industry’s most identifiable bags to date (let’s not forget the coveted, more in-your-face, Triple S Sneaker), the Kering-owned brand continues to ace the perfect balance of modern and classic with its latest styles.
For example, in 2019, Balenciaga introduced the Hourglass Bag – a chic design that comes in a unique curved shape. Quickly loved and fronted by celebrities and influencers around the world, the Hourglass Bag has quickly reached cult status and since then, has received several iterations including an XS embossed croc version to a larger matte calfskin version.
Now, in line with the release of its Fall ’20 campaign, Balenciaga has introduced an updated version of the arm candy. The Hourglass Bag is now available in a new size and texture, and the much-loved Ghost Bag also came adorned with hand-tagged graffiti.
