Saudi Arabia's Prince Alwaleed holds talk with Twitter founder
Going over developments to the site in Paris
As the billionaire chairman of Kingdom Holding Company, Prince Alwaleed conducted a business lunch this week at The Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, alongside Jack Dorsey – worth over $2billion himself – and Suhail Rizvi, an investor in social media giant, Twitter.
During the meeting, Dorsey and Alwaleed discussed the latest "technical, financial and organisational developments in Twitter," a press statement said.
It added that the prince's interest in the US-brand is now worth about $1.2bn from an initial investment of $300m.
Kingdom Holding also owns stakes in a number of international companies, including Citigroup, News Corp, Four Seasons Hotels, Disneyland Paris, and Apple.
