Just in: The 2019 Golden Globes nominations
Here's who's up for an award
Tonight in Hollywood, the nominees for the 2019 Golden Globes were announced by Terry Crews, Danai Gurira and Christian Slate.
It looks set to be a big ceremony with some of Tinseltown's biggest names up for a gong (or two), and Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg as hosts. The pair presented an award at this year's Emmys and won the world over with their repore, leading to their landing of the big gig next year.
The Handmaid's Tale is up for a handful of awards (a continuing trend from this year's various cermeonies) and the controversial The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story is also a big contender on the night. However the most exciting nomination belongs to Nadine Labaki’s Capernaum which is the first Lebanese film to ever be nominated at the event.
