Hidden artwork found behind an iconic Picasso painting
The truth lies within
The questions surrounding this particlar paitning began back in 1954, when people noticed some irregular brushstrokes on the painting 'The Blue Room' by Picasso.
However it isn't until now – and thanks to modern technology – that the image behind the surface was uncovered. With advanced infrared scans, researchers have managed to find an image of a bow tie wearing bearded man holding an umbrella, which was painted on the canvas in a vertical composition.
Now the bigger question on the researchers' minds must be... Who is he?
