The royal tour: Follow Kate and William across Poland
Following their attendance at the Wimbledon Men's Singles Final and witnessing Roger Federer's historic win, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge jet-setted to Europe for their official week-long visit. In support of Britain's Foreign and Commonwealth Office, this European tour will see the royal couple in Warsaw, Poland before travelling to Heidelberg, Berlin and Hamburg in Germany — this will mark Kate Middleton and Prince William's first official visit to Germany since Queen Elizabeth II's visit in 2015. Joining them for this year's visit are Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Greeting them at the Presidential Palace was Poland’s President Andrzej Duda, along with First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda, who then took the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – who wore a white Alexander McQueen skirt and suit jacket — for a tour of Warsaw’s Krakowskie Przedmieście street. The royal duo was then whisked away to meet Polish and British World War II veterans at the Warsaw Uprising Museum, before attending an event at the Warsaw Spire skyscraper and a formal dinner at the Royal Łazienki park.
