The 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards, held in LA last night, were filled with some of the best performances in the musical business, and presented by rapper LL Cool J. The ceremony opened at the Staples Center with a standout routine from Beyoncé and Jay Z, performing Drunk in Love from her recently released self-titled album, to a stunned crowd.
The GRAMMYs show, which has arguably become less about the awards and more about the memorable performances, lived up to its reputation and also saw 17-year-old rising star Lorde sing her winning song Royals, Taylor Swift wearing a dramatic beaded dove-gray gown, complete with long train streaming out behind to perform the track All Too Well, plus Daft Punk and Pharell Williams' duet with Stevie Wonder on Get Lucky/Freak Out, Kendrick Lamar, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr.
