Watch now: Pharrell performs with Jay Z at Coachella
A trip down memory lane
There was a sense of nostalgia in the air at Coachella last week, as Pharrell brought out a familiar list of friends and collaborators during his set for the renowned Californian Music and Arts Festival, including Snoop Dogg, P Diddy, Nelly, and Gwen Stefani.
Returning for his second Coachella visit, Pharrell and co. entertained the crowds with a revisit of his 2001 hit alongside Busta Rhymes. Other collaborative performaces included a set with Robin Thicke, with a rendition of 2013's 'Blurred Lines', not to mention an on-stage surprise from Usher, singing The Neptunes produced single 'U Don't Have to Call.'
To round off the lineup of special guests, none other than Jay Z was introduced to the stage – spoiling the crowds with a fine selection of tunes, including 'Frontin', 'Excuse Me Miss' and 'I Just Wanna Love You (Give it 2 Me).' For those of you who didn't catch the performance the first time round, you can watch it below.
