Apple Music Radio has just unveiled a superstar-studded radio host line-up. Announcing that Drake, Dr. Dre, Josh Homme, St. Vincent, Elton John, Pharrell and more will all host special radio shows for the tech giant. Get the scoop here...

What do Drake, Dr. Dre, Josh Homme, St. Vincent, Elton John, Pharrell, Jaden Smith and Disclosure all have in common? Well yes, they are all talented artists – but they also all have new side jobs as hosts for Apple's Beats 1 station. Today the tech giant revealed that its highly-anticipated new musical project (which will start broadcasting next week) will feature a star-studded cast of hosts, and that Pharrell, Drake and co will all plan and create the radio shows themselves.

It's a huge win for Apple, who are riding on a positive wave this week as Taylor Swift confirmed that 1989 will be available on Apple's music streaming service following its decision to backtrack on not compensating artists for their music during its free 3 month trial, and Pharrell also announced plans to make his new single Freedom exclusively available via Apple Music.

And so, the battle between Spotify, Apple Music and Jay Z's Tidal continues.
