Buro 24/7 Middle East's editors pick eight new tunes from today's freshest music to get you ready for the weekend...

As the last of the four Fashion Weeks begin – with many new styles coming out of Paris onto the fashion scene – Buro 24/7 Middle East has created a upbeat playlist filled with new songs that have just hit the music world – from Kendrick Lamar's latest single to the new electric beat from the mysterious producer ZHU.

This week Kendrick Lamar surprised us all with the drop of his new single, i, from his as-yet-untitled next album. The song which samples the Isley Brothers' 1973 jam That Lady keeps a soulful melody and Lamar's unique vocal flow throughout. Keeping that feel-good vibe moving through our playlist, Chet Faker x WKND sing their fun, guitar-ridden track Lover for our number two spot.

Then, bringing down the tempo but still holding on to those electronic waves is Swedish singer Elliphant's brand new single with MØ titled One More and features both musician ethereal voices and some strong organ-based synths.

Next at number four is a Buro 24/7 Middle east favourite, ZHU and his new track Gun, which is followed by a PARTYNEXTDOOR's slow-jam Thirsty. For this beat the Canadian musician decided to let rapper Wale throw in a verse for his new remix. After, following at number 6 is Prelow – a NYC-based duo that consists of 22-year-old musicians Matt Walsh and Jesse Aicher – with their Indietronica song Mistakes Like This.

Bringing our smooth playlist to a close we give you a track from US producer Abraham Joseph – better known by his stage name AbJo – and his bumping remix of Alina Baraz's Drift. And, a Mr. Carmack version of 112's old school hip-hop tune Dance With Me, but he takes the track to a whole new level by renaming it Chill n' With Girlfriend
