Lawsuit filed: Apple is suing Tidal over Drake

Apple Music has filed a lawsuit against Jay Z's Tidal, following Drake's appearance in a Lil Wayne concert. The gig was hosted as a charity concert, aiming to benefit kids affected by the devastating Hurricane Katrina. 

According to reports, Tidal could face a $20 million lawsuit because it streamed Drake's two-song performance from the concert illegally. Drake is said to have a $19 million deal with Apple Music, including exclusive album releases and a slot as guest DJ for Beats 1 Radio.
