Lebanese designers are ruling the red carpet at the Venice International Film Festival

Today may be the final day of the Venice International Film Festival but throughout, Lebanese designers have been dominating the red carpet...

Finally! Some red carpet glamour has graced our feeds as the Venice International Film Festival provided us with some much-needed sartorial inspo — the first festival to physically take place since the coronavirus pandemic disrupted the globe in early Spring. And whilst stars continued to rock ensembles from the big brands (think Chanel, Valentino, Giorgio Armani and more), it was the regional talent that stole the spotlight for us.

Lebanese designers Rami Kadi, Georges Hobeika and Zuhair Murad, specifically, dominated the red carpet and it couldn’t have been a better time to highlight their creativity following the devastating explosion that rippled through Beirut on August 4, 2020.
