Seth Rogen to play Steve Wozniak to Christian Bale's Steve Jobs?
The latest falling apple in the biopic rumour tree
This week it has been reported that Seth Rogen is being considered for the role of Steve Wozniak – the Apple co-founder – for the Danny Boyle-directed Steve Jobs biopic, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The role is already listed on the Knocked Up and Neighbors star's IMDb page.
Based on Walter Isaacson’s biography, and so far without a title, the Steve Jobs biopic will be based around just three scenes, according to screenwriter Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network, Moneyball.) The scenes are said to be centered around a backstage, 'real-time' vibe ahead of the Apple product launch.
Jessica Chastain is also said to be signing up for the anticipated biopic. But so far the only official confirmation is that Christian Bale will play the lead role of Steve Jobs.
