Big Little Lies was undoubtedly one of 2017’s biggest shows, and now star and producer of the hit HBO series Reese Witherspoon is adapting another book for television in partnership with Kerry Washington.
The pair will both star in and produce a limited series adaptation of Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng (one of Reese’s personal picks for her book club last year that also appeared on numerous best-selling lists across the globe), the actress revealed on her Instagram account overnight. Reese wrote, “Y’all! I’m so excited to tell you that @KerryWashington and I will be bringing Little Fires Everywhere to the screen together. I love this beautiful book about motherhood and I can’t wait to finally collaborate with one of my favourite actresses.”
