Nick Cave uncovered
The first official trailer for the new film 20,000 Days On Earth has been revealed, a bold vision of 56-year old musician, songwriter, author, screenwriter, composer and occasional film actor Nick Cave.
Devised by directors Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard, the film fuses drama and documentary by weaving a staged single day in Cave’s life together with never-before-seen observations of the Australian's creative process.
The 2:16 minute trailer includes snippets of the icon opening up to a psychoanalyst, chatting to fellow actor Ray Winstone, bandmate Warren Ellis and Kylie Minogue, and eating pizza on the couch with his children.
It received directing and editing awards at this years Sundance Film Festival.
