First look: James Franco's latest film 'Child of God'
Co-starring Scott Haze
The first film adaptation of the dark tale by author Cormac McCarthy has been made by director and screenwriter James Franco. Child of God follows the story of a former family man who becomes an outcast from society – descending into violent and dark behaviour.
Franco filmed the low-budget film in early 2012 starring Scott Haze, going on to screen at various film festivals over the past year including the Venice Film Festival and last week's Sundance Film Festival.
