MyBeautyFest

If you’re a beauty enthusiast, you’re in for a treat this weekend! There’s an exciting all-beauty extravaganza that is set to take place over the next two days and you can expect to see celebrity make-up artists and some of the region’s renowned influencers bring their beauty tips and tricks to the public.

A series of masterclass sessions will be available and American-Armenian celebrity make-up artist Hrush Achemyan will headline the first day followed by Kuwaiti beauty influencer Fouz Al Fahad, and Dubai-based beauty bloggers and makeup-artists, Sonia and Fyza Ali.

MyBeautyFest will run from March 9-10 at Burj Park, Downtown Dubai. Tickets are available for purchase at Dubai.platinumlist.net.

Selections Cultural Narratives Exhibition

There seems to be a lot of art initiatives and experiences taking over the city this month but this weekend, you’ll find us at the ‘Cultural Narratives: Selections’ exhibition. Featuring artists from the Middle East, the exhibition includes a curated collection of artworks from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Tunis, Egypt, Palestine, UAE and Sudan. 

Selections’ Cultural Narratives group exhibition will be available to the public until March 10, 2018, at Warehouse 61 in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. 

Dubai Food Festival 2018

Dubai has some of the best culinary experiences on offer and every year, the Dubai Food Festival serves up some of the world’s very best dishes. This year, there’s a diverse gastronomical scene with several pop-ups around the city including Beach Canteen (which is opening its new pop-up venue at Sunset Beach) as well as Dubai Restaurant Week. With only two days left of the festival, take advantage of this opportunity to sample some of the city’s best cuisine!
