Appreciate artistry at the Abu Dhabi Festival
Classical music and dance will take centre stage as the 13th annual Abu Dhabi Festival, which runs throughout April. Renowned performers including soprano Natalie Dessay, pianist Lang Lang and Orchestre de Paris amongst many others will showcase their artistry. Also set to play a part in the festival is actor Hugh Grant who will join Nick Lloyd Webber and James D Reid's regional premiere of The Little Prince, the play. The Hollywood star has been given the responsibility of telling the tale in a live setting.

Immerse in culture at Coya
One of Dubai's premier Peruvian restaurants is hosting two artists this month. Making his regional debut is Skyler Grey, the award-winning 16-year-old street artist. Apart from showcasing his works, guests can also witness a live art session as Grey paints a mural within the restaurant. Next up will be London-based emerging designer Kristina Stets who will present her collection, White Instinct.

Explore the superhero world at Middle East Film and Comic Con
The comic trend continues, from television to movies and the Middle East Film and Comic Con celebrates the industry with a special focus on regional talent. After last year's award-winning event, the 2016 edition promises to be even bigger and better with confirmed special guests including Game of Thrones star Nicolaj Coster-Waldau, British actor Nick Frost and the legend himself, Stan Lee.

Be mesmerised at the Gala Ballet
The crème de la crème of the ballet world will converge in Dubai for one weekend of graceful and fluid artistry. Leading dancers from three of the world's premier opera houses — Russia's Bolshoi Theatre, Berlin State Opera and London's Royal Opera House — will present dances from some of the most popular and iconic shows including Romeo and Giulietta and Swan Lake.

One of the world's foremost tenors will hit the UAE shores as part of the Cinema World Tour. Andre Bocelli has worked with some of the greatest singers the world has ever seen, including Celine Dion and Luciano Pavarotti. For his 15th career album, Cinema, he's collaborated with contemporary artists such as Ariana Grande and Nicole Scherzinger. Expect some of his iconic songs as well at the all-seating concert especially from his best-selling album Romanza.
