Led by HRH Princess Reema
At 9am on December 12, 2015 at the Princess Nourah University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 10,000 pink-clad women broke a Guinness World Record. As part of the 10KSA initiative, which is run by HRH Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Saud, the world's first human pink ribbon was created.
"Winning the Guinness World Record title for the largest human awareness ribbon is emblematic of the dedicated 10KSA community," said Princess Reema shortly after achieving the feat. "Thanks to the immeasurable support of our volunteers, community leaders, and sponsors. We are humbled and motivated, and hope 10KSA will inspire the world to raise awareness about holistic health."
