Despite the world’s highest paid supermodel having the most envied tresses in the world, Gisele Bündchen hadn’t signed onto being a spokesmodel for a hair care brand until now

The news broke on Pantene's Twitter on Friday after dropping plenty of hints towards their next spokesmodel having beachy waves year round, saying she calls herself a tomboy, and the unmistakable reference to her runway career and her 700+ magazine covers. The Brazilian model in 2007 starred in campaigns for the hair care brand, but this is her first time to do so in the North American territories. "I feel my hair has been through it all - from being styled more than ten times in one day to enjoying the sun and surf with my children - and Pantene has helped to keep it healthy with every wash, no matter what the day may bring," said Bündchen of the brand.

Though it's surprising that this is the first hair campaign for the supermodel in North America, she's kept busy enough to make up for it. In 2013 alone, Bündchen starred in campaigns for H&M, BLK DNM, Louis Vuitton and Chanel on top of her overseas contracts with other brands. This new venture for the supermodel can only mean one thing, as Pantene is renowned for using celebrities. From supermodel to worldwide celebrity, she's crossed the line, meaning more campaigns for Gisele Bündchen in 2014.
