The scent captured an achingly cool collection of musk, tonka bean, cedar, oud, black pepper and patchouli, now credited with being one of the must-have spicy scents of the season.

Eponymous label Carolina Herrera has just added its latest scent, Mystery Tobacco, to its Herrera Confidential collection. The fashion house has created the ultimate cologne this season, while looking towards a black tobacco leaf for inspiration. As woody as it is musky, Mystery Tobacco consists of spicy notes of citrus, ginger, oil, osmanthus flower, vetiver, tonka bean and patchouli.

The newest fragrance from Parfums de Marly, aptly titled Layton, at once spicy and sweet. The scent, chosen by Dubai-based perfumer Hamid Merati-Kashani, consists of a beautiful blend of top notes including bergamot, lavender, apple, mandarin, orange, coffee, pink pepper, amber, sandalwood, vanilla and patchouli.
