Polo Ralph Lauren is teaming up with Palace for a capsule collection

A new streetwear collaboration is in the works
What happens when you merge an all-American fashion house with a cool skate brand from London? Magic, that's what...

With the rise of streetwear in the fashion industry at the moment, it makes sense that Polo Ralph Lauren, a brand well-known for its signature all-American vibe and sport-ready pieces, would seek to capitalise on the momentum.

Having never done a collaboration previously, Polo Ralph Lauren is teaming up with British brand Palace Skateboards to release a streetwear-inspired collection.

Completely different to Palace’s previous collaborations with Adidas Originals, Nike and Reebok, this new partnership will result in menswear pieces in the form of “tops, pants, outerwear and accessories, including a classic Polo Oxford button-down shirt featuring the logos of both brands”, according to Business of Fashion

Announcing the news via Instagram, Palace posted an image with a caption that gave us a little more of an idea about what to expect from the collection. It read, “Palace Ralph Lauren is a timeless collection that represents a love letter from a young London skateboard company to their favourite brand in the universe.”

No further information has been released just yet, so stay tuned to Buro. Middle East for more updates.
