In news certain to please fashionphiles the world over, French luxury label Céline has finally launched its own e-commerce site.

Up until this year, the LVMH-owned brand has had a limited digital presence with none of its products available to buy online and its Instagram account only going live for the first time in February this year. As such, news of a dedicated e-commerce site was widely unexpected but entirely welcomed. 

The site went live in France overnight with shipping currently only available to European customers. According to WWD, the site will extend its offerings to the United States in 2018, followed by Japan in 2019.

As for what you can add to cart? A large selection of Céline's minimalistic signatures — think handbags, shoes, jewellery, accessories and ready-to-wear pieces, including the Resort '18 collection
