Surprise! Apple launched two new iPads overnight
If you've been thinking about upgrading your iPad, you're in luck as Apple just announced the launch of two new models overnight.
Announced in a more subtle way than usual (its bi-annual press event is happening next week), the brand distributed a press release to let the world know about the new additions to its line-up.
First up, the company is introducing a new iPad Air with a larger display, coming in at 10.5 inches. Most notably, the iPad Air boasts a lot of the same functions as the iPad Pro but comes in at a fraction of the cost. It is also launching a new iPad Mini which remains the same in size, however both new models now support Apple Pencil. Plus, on the tech side, the in-built processor is three times faster than earlier iterations and the graphics are up to nine times faster with advanced Retina display and True Tone technology. Both are kitted out with front- and back-facing cameras and can take 1080p videos, too.
The new devices are now available to order in the UAE on Apple.com.
