Samsung is wrapping its hopes of regaining its market share on the new Galaxy S6 model with a curved screen. The design is borrowed from the Samsung Note Edge, and will have a 5.1 inch screen that wraps around the curved edges of the device on both sides.

Hedging its bets and staying on the safe side, the new Galaxy S6 will also be issued with a standard screen, to suit customer preferences.

The new model is expected to be revealed on March 1 at Samsung's Mobile World Congress, but until then speculators have predicted that other improvements will include; a new Exynos 7420 processor (an upgrade from the problematic Snapdragon 810 processor) a Quad HD screen, 16-megapixel or higher camera, and Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

All will be revealed at the start of next month. Stay tuned to Buro 24/7 for the scoop...
