Nike has unveiled a new free yoga program as part of its Nike+ Training Club app. The must-try fitness project features a constantly updated roster of yoga workouts that span from 15 to 45 minutes, making it the perfect companion for those on the go as well as the time deficient.

"These new workouts are really powerful because they offer the chance to practice no matter what your goal is or where you are on your yoga journey," says Nike Master Trainer Leah Kim. "With the varying workout focus areas, lengths and poses, there is something for everyone – from the beginner yogi looking to improve their practice to those who are more advanced."

Based on the three main principles of endurance, strength and mobility, the flexibility of both time and space required for these workouts allow it to be easily integrated into daily life. "This isn't about just doing yoga on what would otherwise be an off day, but actually making yoga a regular part of your routine," said Nike Master Trainer Traci Copeland.

Four yoga workouts are now available on the Nike+ Training Club app, while another 10 will be added within the next two months. Also don't miss Nike's new Dubai-centric running program.
