Even while tracking kilometres, there is no excuse not to look good.

Bloomingdale's - Dubai has revamped its Activewear Department and it's just screaming out to you to stay in shape, in style. Traditional brands like Alala and Koral are now available next to up-and-coming names like The Upside and Michi. Blending function with form, these apparel brands add contemporary fashion into signature athletic stylings.

Here's what you can look out for:

The key ingredient to THE UPSIDE's refined approach is undoubtedly founder Jodhi Meares' extensive experience in the world of fashion. The Australian fashion designer wanted to establish a bold brand that catered to sartorially sophisticated and time savvy individuals who lead demanding lives but cherished their training. Now, many celebrities are sporting the brand, including Candice Swanepoel, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Hayley Baldwin.

The luxury athletic wear provides versatile clothing for both the gym and The street. Using technologically-advanced fabrics, the fit and form of each piece allows breathability, which is always a bonus.

Monreal London

Monreal London exists simply because avid tennis player and designer Stefanï Grosse wasn't able to find high-performance workout gear that would also be stylish enough to zip around in when the match was over. Never sacrificing style for peak performance, Monreal fuses fashion and function, in an innovative, modern and feminine twist on traditional activewear.

Apart from activewear, Theory+ also makes contemporary pants, blazers, shirts, dresses, suits and sweaters.
