Dubai Downtown is set to add a pair of twin towers to its already distinctive skyline. Emaar properties, is preparing to launch its newest development, which will see two new towers, built for residential use, go up in the thriving Downtown district.

The towers have been designed by Japanese architects, Nikken Sekkei. The building has been dubbed, Forte Towers, and comprises one 70 and one 50 storey tower, with apartments from one to four bedrooms. The towers will occupy part of the upcoming Opera District, which is currently undergoing regeneration and is set to house the highly anticipated Dubai Opera House as well as many other neighbourhood attractions including the Museum of Modern Art. 

Residential amenities within the Forte residential apartments will include such luxuries as a swimming pool, children's pool, a full equipped gym, multiple sun terraces to enjoy the view and a children's nursery.
