Nike have just launched the Arabic version of Nike+ Training Club (NTC) for the first time ever. The popular fitness app, which has already been downloaded more than 16 million times, is now accessible to Arabic speakers across the globe.

Inline with the announcement, the sportswear brand has also just released a short inspirational film starring Emirati weightlifter Amna Al Haddad, which is aimed at motivating women to engage in a healthier and more active lifestyle for 2016. The film is set in Ohio, where Al Haddad has relocated to for further training as she prepares to compete in the Rio 2016 Olympics.

A late starter in the weightlifting world, Al Haddad says, "you're never too old to set your goals in life," as she champions a mindset that is proving infectious.
