Nike demonstrates that it truly understands the pitfalls and set backs that we all face when starting our fitness journeys. Teaming up with advertising company Widen + Kennedy, Nike is rolling out a massive new campaign for women entitled '#BetterForIt.' 

Take a look at the first instalment of the campaign below – 'Better For It: Inner Thoughts,' which shows everyday women trying new sports, whilst sharing their inner thoughts and inhibitions along the way, such as; sitting down to try a new spinning class, to be greeted with a row models in front. Ultimately, at the end, everyone feels better for participating in their workout.

Nike says the campaign is all about: "powering [women] to be better through services, product innovation and athlete inspiration, motivating each other to push to the next level." The campaign is humorous and honest and we look forward to revealing further instalments as they are released.
