Italian style at Bocca

Inspired by the traditional cooking of their grandparents, chefs Leonardo Passone and Walter Miculan at the Hilton Abu Dhabi create a menu that promises pure Italian taste. "To guarantee the authentic flavours from back home, we have imported special ingredients from Italy and seasonal produce from different parts of Europe," said Miculan. Highlights of the new menu include pan-fried sea bream fillet, slow-cooked octopus as well as sweet delights such as banana panacotta and coconut semifreddo.
