After Moscow and London, Sumosan is now set for its debut in the UAE. Integrated into the upcoming Billionaire Mansion, the renowned Japanese eatery founded by businesswoman Janina Wolkow will bring its unique flavours and creations to our growing gastronomic shores.

Prawn and scallop salad

Earning the honour of being the first ever Japanese restaurant in Moscow, when it opened in 1997, its stunning success led to the brand's opening in Mayfair, London, where it garnered several culinary awards on top of consistently making it to the list of top restaurants in the city, not to mention it's one of the preferred London food spots for A-list celebrities including Nicole Kidman and Penelope Cruz.

Sumosan tuna tartare

In Dubai, expect to sample Executive Chef Bubker Belkhit's fusion of flavours including the famous Sumosan thinly-sliced sashimi served with a touch of citrus dressing. Also on the menu will be other clever sushi combinations including the Albemarle roll and the signature T&T roll, made with tuna and truffle sauce.
