Dubai's go-to seafood restaurant Pierchic is celebrating the summer with an introduction to a new festival, aptly titled Shellebration, which offers a redefined seafood menu from Europe. The six-week programme is set to showcase a different seafood concept each week. Expect a culinary journey while experiencing dishes and beverages inspired by different parts of the region including the Marseilles Seafood Market, Valencian Seafood Paella, Feast of St. Antony, Posh Fish & Chic, Lobster Spaghetti from the Amalfi Coast and the Galician Octopus Fiesta.

With a backdrop of Dubai's iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, fresh seafood awaits at Pierchic's over-the-water dining restaurant. Think elegant stews, red mullet, razor clams, mussels and langoustines dipped into a mouth-watering sauce of saffron and pernod for the main course.
