After the success of Clé Dubai, Michelin-starred chef Greg Malouf is now set to open the emirate's newest food hotspot, Zahira. Located at the H Hotel, Zahira will once again showcase the Australian-Lebanese chef's mastery in fusing Middle Eastern and Western cooking techniques. Food connoisseurs can expect to savour Malouf's signature wagyu basturma alongside salmon kibbeh, duck bisteeya and vegetable tagine. In addition to the standard courses – Art of Mezza, Art of Sharing, Art of the Garden, Art of Sweet Design and Tradition – Zahira will also offer a  constantly changing nine-course menu aptly named Art of Feasting.
