It’s time to switch it up with Dubai’s newest gourmet shawarma concept, S’wich, bringing gastronomic relief to shawarma addicts across the UAE

The famed wrapped sandwich will soon be getting a luxe makeover with S'wich — Dubai's newest hotspot for innovative eating that will offer an endless range of delicious gourmet shawarmas 'on-the-go' — with the opening of its first space in Dubai Marina taking place later this week.

Offering an adapted modernised version of a tried and tested favourite, S'wich has taken the traditional Arabian street-style shawarma and recreated every aspect of the sandwich under the culinary guidance of Chef Izu Ani.

The S'wich concept was born out of the belief that food should both taste good and be healthy, so the homegrown brand sources fresh, quality ingredients from local and organic suppliers to deliver the freshest, hottest and guilt-free fast food.

Elements such as freshly baked in-house breads, signature S'wich sauces and unique ingredients you won't find at any other shawarma stand such as duck, veal, and portobello mushrooms – make this concept unique.

Staying true to the idea that you are the one that "makes the s'wich", fans can use either the digital app or website to create and name custom-creation shawarmas online, accessing their favourites every time they order, and can even attempt at having them officially added to the menu. Both tools also help you keep track of calories consumed using the counter online as you add and remove ingredients, ensuring that you know just how healthy your own creation is.
