From Dubai to Doha and from Asian to European, the new gastronomy hot spots will satisfy every craving and get every connoisseur raving. But fine dining is all about a holistic experience and these restaurants have the concept, the interior, and even the views, to complement their exquisite menus.

Zengo

Newly opened Zengo is situated on the 61st floor of Doha's tallest tower, where you can take in the sweeping views of the city as you savour the Pan-Asian cuisine that was inspired by chef-owner Richard Sandoval's travels. Complementing the flavorful menu, which ranges from sushi and dim sum to sashimi and curries, is the contemporary décor with tiled walls and an avian-centric theme – think oversized bird cage and hanging folded-paper birds.
