The mains feature dishes like lamb shank with saffron pilaf, sumac baby chicken with pistachio labneh, and lamb freekah & wild rice maklooba.
The drinks menu also includes traditional local touches, with beverages including karak chai and masala chai as well as unique twists like karak frappe and karak style lemon iced tea. Bringing a new light to Emirati childhood favourites, the Karak House is a new, youthful and unique take on UAE culture.
