Italian opulence at its best, was on display at the recent Maison & Objet show in Paris, as luxury brand Fendi Casa's new 2015 furniture collection was revealed.

The collection is oozing with rich blues and sleek blacks with some fresh colouring accents, in deluxe velvet, satin and goatskin textures. A colourful vibrancy resonates through the palette. Legs, bases and frames are presented in gunmetal, liquid bronze or chrome finishes and beautiful buckle details elevate leatherwork and upholstery.

Along with the house designs, French architect, Thierry Lemaire, has lent his impeccable design flair to a number of pieces in the range, including the oversized semi-circular 'Artù' sofa. The designer has also created the contemporary 'Drop' coffee table, featuring bold lines, as well as the minimalistic 'Camelot' sofa.

Architect Toan Nguyen, has also collaborated on the designs, by adding a modernist aesthetic. Soft volumes and graphic lines and are evident in the 'Serengeti' bookshelf and the 'Hampton' sofa.

The sophisticated and stately collection will ensure that luxuriating at home becomes any owner's new favourite past time...
