Emilio Pucci and Kartell have joined forces once again to create a new collection of the Madame chair, 'Madame – World of Emilio Pucci' edition, which is on display in the Emilio Pucci store at 27 Via Montenapoleone, in honour of Milan Design Week. The Milan store has recieved a special fit-out by architect Ferruccio Laviani, the chairs have been meticulously displayed to appear hap-hazard, set to the back drop of Emilio Pucci printed scarves using the same motifs as seen on the chairs.

The series of four chairs are modelled on the Philippe Starck Madame chair and realised by Kartell's innovative design practices and production. Upholstered with Emilio Pucci signature prints, each of the four chairs has a bespoke print designed to resemble a special city of the world that is home to an Emillio Pucci boutique; Avenue Montaigne in Paris, Rome's Piazza di Spagna, the iconic skyscrapers of NYC, and now also the most distinctive districts of Shanghai. Kartell will be exhibiting the exotic Shangai iteration at the design convention, whilst all four can be seen at the Pucci boutique in Milan.
